Vegan Valentines are hibiscus biscuits and an indulgent Valentine’s Day treat. This recipe is extremely easy to make, so if you put minimum effort and maximum love into making these Vegan Valentines you have found the way to someone’s heart! The red fruits inside the heart-shaped biscuits are a burst of flavour. Hibiscus imparts sweet berry notes and rich fruit flavours.

Ingredients

2 cups flour organic white
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt
3 tablespoons hibiscus ground dried (optional)
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 cup sunflower seed oil
1/2 cup hibiscus tea
60 sour cherries dried
