An easy mayo-free coleslaw, flavoured with mustard and dill. The raisins bring a touch of sweetness and a mix of pepitas and sunflower seeds add crunchiness.

Ingredients

1/2 small cabbage head
1 carrot
1/2 apple (choose a firm apple like a Granny Smith or a Pink Lady)
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp nuts or seeds of your choice (I used sunflower and pepitas)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp maple syrup (or honey if not vegan)
1/4 tsp chopped dill
1 good pinch turmeric
salt and pepper to taste
