400 g/ 14.1 oz/ 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
100 g/ 3.5 oz/ ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
350 ml/ 11.8 fl.oz/ 1 ½ cups lukewarm water
25 g/ 0.9 oz fresh yeast or 2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
